City of Koszalin - This project will consist in the development of infrastructure in ca. 13.5 ha of investment lands in Koszalin in the area of the streets of Lechicka/Szczecińska. In the area of the Zone, an internal communications infrastructure will be built including drainage, illumination and necessary technical infrastructure (such as sewage and storm water drainage systems or water supply systems). The implementation of the project will result in an improved investment attractiveness of the region, and it will encourage small and medium sized production and service enterprises to develop their operations there which in consequence, will translate into creation of new jobs.
