Description

The Municipality has earmarked for hotel-object construction 2 attractive investment areas located within the administrative limits of the Municipality of Koszalin.

Details

Development of the proposed areas is aimed both at creation of some places that would expand the already existing hotel and recreation services in association with gastronomic services.

The main investment strong points are:

  • All year tourist and pilgrim traffic ;
  • Convenient road connections;
  • City’s culture offer;.
  • Location in a city of young people, in a dynamic economic centre of the Middle Pomerania.

PROPOSED INVESTMENT AREAS:

INVESTMENT AREA 1

LOCATION
Located within the Municipality of Koszalin limits, at the foot of the Chełmska Hill; on its north side there is E-28 Berlin-Kaliningrad international route (National Route No 6) running from Szczecin to Gdańsk. An Aquapark will be constructed nearby.

ESTATE DESCRIPTION
The proposed area of at least 1-1,5 ha has no buildings thereupon.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The area has been provided with technical infrastructure i.e. water supply, sanitary and rainwater sewerage, medium pressure gas network and low and medium voltage power supply systems.

The following objects are located, among other things, nearby:

Water Park and Sport and entertainment hall

1. Sanctuary of the Mother of God and a view towar built in 1888 (31,5 m high).
2. Tourist tracks: Pilgrimage, Tatra Loop, Józef Chrząszczyński, „KIdnapped Duke”.
3. „Trollandia Rope Park” nearby Piłsudskiego and Rolna streets junction.
4. Jedliny and Śniadeckich housing estate.

INVESTMENT AREA 2

LOCATION
Located within the Municipality of Koszalin limits between 4 Marca and Gnieźnieńska streets. The area is situated nearby National Route No 11 Kołobrzeg-Poznań.

ESTATE DESCRIPTION
It’s area is approx. 1,5ha.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The area has been provided with technical infrastructure i.e. water supply, sanitary and rainwater sewerage, medium pressure gas network and low and medium voltage power supply systems.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
1. Lechitów and Śródmieście housing estates
2. The biggest in the Middle Pomerania Commercial and Leisure Centre (“Forum Koszalin”)  - at the distance of 500m.
